Mike’s commercial real estate career began more than 30 years ago in New Haven, Connecticut, where he focused on office investment sales and tenant representation. After several ventures in the commercial office furniture industry, Mike relocated to Tampa in 2010 and reentered the real estate market.
He initially partnered to open a Tampa office for iCore Global, specializing in tenant representation for mid- to large-sized, nationally recognized engineering firms, law firms, and manufacturing companies. In 2015, Mike joined Avison Young’s Tampa office, where he continued to focus on tenant and landlord representation, as well as investment sales, within the suburban office and industrial markets throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Mike has been happily married for 10 years to his wife, Robyn, who also works in the commercial office industry as a representative for Workscapes, Inc. Outside of work, Mike enjoys golf, fishing, and the occasional ski trip to Breckenridge, Colorado, where he visits his son, a ski instructor and fly-fishing guide.
