Mr. Cottam joined DRA in 2000. He is responsible for the strategic management and performance of the firm’s multifamily portfolio, leveraging over three decades of industry experience to drive long-term value and operational efficiency. Prior to joining DRA, Mr. Cottam held positions at Gale & Wentworth and Roseland Property Company, where he participated in various aspects of asset and property management across a range of multifamily and commercial properties.
