Michael D'Amico is President and Broker/Owner of REPCommercial llc. His experience and expertise includes franchise development, retail center sales, leasing and consulting, Tenant representation, investments, land acquisitions and leasing and business sales. Michael has assisted clients in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate throughout Louisiana, Mississippi and the Southeast.
In association with REPCommercial, he has assisted clients with developing new franchise concepts and expanding national franchises. His client list includes Regions Bank, Lee's Hamburgers, Snap Fitness, Fuel Performance, Red Mango and IZZO's Restaurant .
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Michael D'Amico began his professional career with Steak & Ale and Houston's Restaurants.
In 1984, he founded, developed and was the operating partner of Cannon's Restaurants and successfully operated them for 22 years. Michael has previous restaurant management and consulting experiences and achievements with other successful restaurants.
Utilizing his vast restaurant experience, he continues to focus on the restaurant industry with the REPCommercial llc.
Michael is President of D'AmicoSystems, a restaurant consulting firm with clients throughout the United States.
He is also the Senior Restaurant Consultant for the Lamy Financial Management Group.
