Michael Escobedo has joined the Marcus & Millichap Phoenix team, bringing a unique skill set in strategic planning, relationship building, financial structuring and transaction management.
Having mentored with some of the top-performing professionals in the industry, Michael leverages his insightful perspective on market trends and emerging market conditions towards helping clients to identify and optimize every aspect of their commercial real estate transactions.
As an associate, Michael exclusively represents buyers and sellers of Manufactured Home Communities and RV resort investment properties in the U.S. and Canadian markets.
Michael transitioned to a career in real estate brokerage, following an injury that ended his collegiate wrestling career. He is a graduate of Michigan State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in social science.
In 2019, Michael has teamed with Glenn Esterson, a Vice President of Investments at Marcus and Millichap, to focus specifically on Manufactured Home Communities and RV resort investment properties serving business owners, private equity firms, and institutional investors. In addition, Michael’s team successfully navigates the competitive landscape of exchange deadlines in brokering mobile home and RV park trades.
