Mike Fahey, CCIM, SIOR, is a Senior Vice President with CBRE and a veteran in the commercial real estate industry. Formerly a Principal at American Asset Corporation and a Managing Partner at Colliers International, Mr. Fahey possesses more than 24 years of experience across multiple disciplines.
Mr. Fahey, who specializes in build-to-suit and headquarter projects, works exclusively with tenants and corporate occupiers. Mike brings an extremely unique perspective to the brokerage/consulting process having personally developed, financed and owned an institutional quality portfolio of over 4.5 million square feet. Combining a straightforward, factual approach and a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate business, he is able to consistently yield the best transactions in the marketplace for his clients. Mr. Fahey has been involved in numerous assignments involving transaction management, property acquisition and disposition, build-to-suits, sale-leasebacks, advisory and strategic planning assignments.
Mr. Fahey’s ability to navigate complex financial issues that face tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers and lenders have helped him achieve an extraordinary level of success. To date, Mr. Fahey 's leasing and sales volume exceeds $1 billion and averages over 60 transactions every year. Mr. Fahey is consistently among the top producers in the Carolinas and has placed in the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors Multimillion Dollar Club as well as SIOR's First Place Member-to-Member Annual Transaction Award.
