Bio
Michael J. Fasano, an industry veteran with 20-plus years of commercial real estate experience, is a Managing Partner with RIPCO Real Estate. He started with RIPCO in 2020 and oversees the company’s investment sales platform. Mr. Fasano was previously with Marcus & Millichap where he held the position of First Vice President. He is responsible for growing the firm’s investment sales division throughout its five offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Prior to serving as First Vice President of Marcus & Millichap in Atlanta, Mr. Fasano was Vice President at the company’s New Jersey office. He began with the company in 2002 as a New Jersey real estate broker specializing in the multifamily market. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and New Jersey Apartment Association.
