Mike joined Studley in September of 2003. Prior to joining Studley, Mike was a vice president with CB Richard Ellis for 18 years. Mike has had a distinguished career in local tenant representation and national multi-market corporate services representation. He has focused his efforts on tenant representation and has developed strong reputations with many of Denver’s landlords and property owners, allowing him to more effectively negotiate on his clients’ behalf. His experience and market knowledge supports an integrated team approach to consulting, strategic development, and project management.
Mike has been involved in over 6 million square feet of lease and sale transactions on behalf of various national clients and institutions, such as Cisco Systems, Allstate Insurance, Kodak, Sun Microsystems, and Sprint.
Mike received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Denver.
