Managing Partner - Head of Acquisitions & Development
With over 28 years of hands-on experience in the real estate business, including practicing as a real estate attorney and serving as a commercial real estate broker, Michael has a proven track record in creating value. He specializes in acquiring, repositioning, developing, and operating commercial, multi-family and mixed use properties. Michael was the Alan Dershowitz Fellowship Award Recipient at George Washington University Law School where he graduated in 1996 with a J.D. He graduated from Binghamton University in 1993.
Michael served for over a decade as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Lower East Side Business Improvement District as well as actively participating as a Committee Member for over 15 years at the Northwell Health Foundation - Cohen Children’s Hospital.
Michael is a runner, skier and weekend warrior.
