Mr. Fruchtman's career has centered on real estate finance, valuation and feasibility analyses. He oversees the team responsible for the underwriting, asset management and ultimate sale of the company's investments, and is a member of the company's Investment Committee.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fruchtman was an assistant vice president in the Real Estate Finance Group of Chemical Bank, where he evaluated commercial properties for loan origination and workout purposes, as well as consulting on acquisition opportunities.
Mr. Fruchtman holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Columbia University and a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
