Michael Gibson is a seasoned hospitality executive whose career began in restaurant kitchens and evolved into leadership roles across top hotel brands. He has opened over 40 upscale restaurants in Tennessee, Texas, and California, and transitioned into hotel management with positions at Marriott, Hilton, and InterContinental Hotels Group, including Vice President of Operations & Development at Carlisle Hospitality Group and District Director of Food & Beverage at IHG’s corporate headquarters.
In 2000, he founded Gibson Hotel Management, Inc., built on the principles of Servant Leadership. Under his guidance, the firm has developed and operated award-winning hotels across major brands such as Hampton Inn & Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn, Fairfield Inn & Suites, SpringHill Suites, and Courtyard by Marriott. Known for his strategic thinking and relationship-driven approach, Gibson continues to lead with integrity and innovation.
