As Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services and Principal, Michael specializes in tenant representation on a national and regional scale. His active retail clients include Carvana, Cycle Gear, Drive Shack, honeygrow, New Balance, Noon Mediterranean, Oak Street Health, Philadelphia Sports Club, PM Pediatrics, Rally House, Saje Natural Wellness, The Cliffs, The Puttery, The Salty, and Visionworks. In addition, Michael represents numerous owners on a project leasing and sales basis. His active owner clients are Midwood Investment and Development, Brandywine Realty Trust, Brickstone, Tower Investments and M&J Wilkow.
Michael has been part of the Metro team since 2005 and is based out of our Mount Laurel office. He is a graduate of Villanova University.
