Mike Gorsage is a Principal with H&R Retail, the largest retail-only real estate brokerage in the Washington D.C./Baltimore metropolitan area. Mike leads the Investment Sales Group whose sole focus is facilitating the disposition and acquisition of retail real estate. Mike brings to the company more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience including retail investment sales, project leasing, tenant representation, development, acquisition, disposition, and the structuring of joint venture partnerships. Since 1995 Mike has focused exclusively on Retail Investment Sales and has closed transactions with total consideration in excess of $1 billion.
Mike is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute (Commercial & Retail Development Council), a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is past President of NAIOP Washington, D.C./Suburban Maryland Chapter.
