As founder of Relic Realty LLC, a licensed Illinois real estate brokerage, Michael brings full-spectrum capabilities to clients and investors alike — from sourcing and underwriting to transaction execution and ongoing asset management. As President of Gregorarz Group, Michael oversees more than $50 million in assets under management across a portfolio of multifamily properties. His day-to-day focus spans acquisitions, capital structuring, debt origination, construction management, and investor relations — with an operational model built around control, documentation, and long-term value creation.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance & Accounting from the University of Michigan and began his career as a Financial Analyst at Merrill Lynch, where he developed a rigorous foundation in financial analysis and strategic investment. He is a licensed real estate professional in Illinois.
