Michael Groos is a Senior Vice President at Charles Hawkins Co., specializing in retail sales, leasing, and management across Middle Tennessee. He first joined the firm in 2002 as a retail specialist, later spending three years at Vision Real Estate before returning in 2013 to focus on retail commercial real estate in Williamson County and surrounding markets. Prior to his real estate career, he spent 12 years as an owner and managing partner of several Nashville restaurants, including founding and operating the Cross Corner Bar & Grill. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
