Professional experience includes 30 years in the construction real estate business, starting in residential, then moving into commercial. This included 10 years as a civil & combat engineer in Europe and the South Pacific with the U.S. Navy Special Forces Seabees. He also served as a structural engineering draftsman on several multimillion dollar projects, and served as a construction manager on the $130 Louisville Galleria project for the developer, Oxford Properties (www.OxfordProperties.com). Michael has earned three Associate degrees in architectural engineering and science, a B.S. in Education and an MPA.
