Michael formed Capital Pacific in 1998, bringing more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Michael has directly participated in numerous commercial real estate transactions throughout the country, and has exclusively worked for some of the region's most prominent real estate investors, developers and institutions. Michael's strong fundamental background in leasing and management permits him to add value to each client throughout a transaction.
Before joining Capital Pacific, Michael was the number one producing salesperson for Marcus & Millichap in Portland, Oregon for the years 1995, 1996, 1997 and a Top 20 producer nationally in 1997. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Michael worked directly for owners and managers of commercial property throughout the Western U.S.
A graduate of the University of California at Davis, he lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon with his wife Brandy, his daughter Garland and son Gabriel.
