Another native son of the Magic City, Michael Hughes’ career has carried him throughout the South and back to Birmingham. He joined the team at Hydinger Stewart & Chew in 2014 where he specializes in the brokerage and leasing of commercial real estate. Happy to represent either side of the coin – whether that be tenant or landlord and buyer or seller, his long list of talents includes site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, consulting and transaction analysis for local, regional and national clients. Before making the leap to commercial real estate, Michael spent 14 years in sales and marketing for specialized building products for both the commercial and residential construction industries.
