Mike Injayan joined the Lincoln Property team with over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate. As Vice President of Asset Management, Mike oversees the Northern California regional portfolio of office, life sciences, industrial, and multi-family properties. Mike is a highly effective asset management professional, project leader, team builder, and problem solver with the proven ability to analyze trends and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue and improve returns. He has proven ability to plan and execute multiple projects and assignments while simultaneously maintaining a consistent focus on the bigger picture for clients.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Mike managed over one million sq. ft. of retail and office space for a large public REIT. He built and maintained strong working relationships with a vendor network including brokers, contractors, architects, and attorneys. Additionally, he composed departmental policies and procedures regarding accounting, legal matters, property management, leasing, and due diligence providing leadership and direction to his organization. Mike served in the United States Marine Corps for four years prior to entering the real estate industry.
