Bio
Mike Jezienicki founded Meeting House Advisors in 2025 after leading the Urban brokerage team at Boston Realty Advisors from 2015 as a Managing Director specializing in industrial landlord and tenant representation in addition to industrial sales. In his 20 + year career he has closed over 125 transactions totaling over $800M.
Prior to joining BRA, Mike was part of a four person team managing the Matan Companies portfolio of commercial properties consisting of 4M SF across the greater Washington D.C. market. Notable transactions included the 341,000 SF build to suit for the National Cancer Institute, 310,000 SF build to suit with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage recognized as NAIOP’s 2007 Suburban MD Lease Transaction of the Year and an 85,000 SF lease with the Department of Energy completed in 2009. Throughout his 15 year career, Mike has negotiated more than 80 lease transactions totaling over 3M SF with a value nearing $600M.
A graduate of Georgetown University, Mike received a B.A. in psychology while competing on the Men’s Division 1 Lacrosse Team. He has also completed his coursework at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and will receive a Masters in Real Estate with a concentration in development.
Mike currently lives in Wellesley with his wife Lauren, daughters Natalie and Anna and loyal Portuguese Water Dog Harry.
