Michael Kolcum, CPA joined Newmark in 2018. As a key member of the investment sales team led by Kevin Shannon, Michael specializes in preparing financial analysis, modeling, market research and valuations for office investment sales. He has facilitated the valuation of more than 20 office and industrial properties/portfolios, which include Value Add, Core, and Core Plus deals. These properties are valued at more than $3.5 billion.
Prior to joining Newmark, Michael worked at Qualcomm Technologies Inc. where he assisted in developing and maintaining the mobile business unit’s pricing strategy in the European and Taiwan markets. He brings 8 years of finance and analytical work experience to the team.
