Michael Korman is the Principal Agent of The Korman Group at Compass, bringing a decade of industry experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a reputation for excellence to one of the nation’s top brokerages. Formerly the founder and owner of Korman Realty, Michael built the company into a leading independent firm with nearly 40 agents and four offices across Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, and Winter Park. Over his six-year tenure, he led the company to become one of the Top 12 Agent-Owned Brokerages in Florida.
Now with Compass, Michael continues his mission to raise the bar in client representation and agent experience. Combining the power of Compass technology with the unique culture of The Korman Group, he and his team remain focused on high-touch service, exceptional results, and record-breaking production. Including their 2024 production at Korman Realty, Michael and his team have closed over $100,000,000 in real estate transactions in the past year alone.

Michael also previously worked with The Corcoran Group, where he earned Top 500 recognition out of 47,000 agents nationwide by NRT. His diverse expertise spans luxury waterfront estates, investment properties, new development, commercial and residential sales. He coined his signature philosophy, “The Hospitality of Real Estate,” which combines concierge-level service with strategic execution - an approach he instills in every agent on his team.
