Mike started in the Retail Real Estate industry in 1996 and brings a diverse experience to Omni CRE, specializing in retail leasing, National tenant representation, development, and sales. Currently, Mike focuses is on representation of regional and National tenants, as well as development and landlord representation for select clients.
Mike's real estate career began in 1997, since then he has completed more than 1,800 transactions, including the development of 2 million square feet of shopping centers. Mike has worked for private and public brokerage firms and private and public development companies. He has facilitated numerous franchise and corporate roll-out expansions throughout the country.
Today, Mike is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has held various leadership roles including State of Arizona Next Generation, Chair, Deal Making committee, Western Regional Chair and advisory board member for ICSC's Next Generation program.
Throughout Arizona, Mike’s tenant representation clients include Uncle Bears, KTR, Aqua Tots, Multiple brands for Kahala and U Break I Fix. In addition, Mike is the Master Broker throughout the country for Aqua Tots, KTR (Kids That Rip), Village Inn, Famous Dave’s BBQ, Bakers Square, Barrio Queen, Baja Fresh, Thai Express, Taco Time, Toppers Pizza, Mucho Burrito, Extreme Pita, and Ginger Sushi Bistro.
