Bio
Mike Lewandowski is a Managing Director in the LaSalle Global Solutions team. During his tenure at LaSalle, he has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of properties spanning the United States valued at approximately US$6 billion. He has been involved with complex transactions, including joint ventures, structured equity investments, recapitalizations and financing assumptions.
Prior to his current role, Mike served as an Acquisitions Officer responsible for acquiring industrial, residential, office and retail properties in the central US on behalf of LaSalle’s commingled fund and custom account clients. From 2018 to 2020, Mike was LaSalle’s head of dispositions, leading all of the firm’s asset sale efforts nationally. Prior to 2018, Mike was a member of the Transactions Team assisting and executing on acquisitions nationally. Before joining LaSalle in 2011, Mike was employed by GEMSA Loan Services, LP, assisting with the loan servicing of properties within GE Capital Real Estate’s lending portfolio.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Commercial Real Estate from Marquette University.
