Michael has been active in Commercial Real Estate brokerage for the past 20+ years. He holds the three top credentials in the field of commercial brokerage, CCIM, (see CCIM.com), SIOR, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors where he is recognized as an Office market expert (see SIOR.com), and as well as an Accredited Land Consultant, ALC, a designation of just 4,000 members worldwide with expertise in the brokerage of land (see riland.com). Mr. Lunn is a proven deal closer, ranked twice as a Top 50 producing Broker Worldwide by the Re/Max Commercial organization.
Mr. Lunn is the founder and president of NWI Commercial Property Solutions, as the Managing Director of the northwest Indiana market. Michael is a Past President of the Illinois (Chicago) CCIM Chapter, and Past Board member of the Indiana CCIM Chapter. When not working on a deal, Mr. Lunn enjoys sailboat racing, fishing, and time with family.
