Mike Madsen is the Vice President of Acquisitions & Economics at RealSource Properties. He is passionate about real estate investing and understanding what key indicators will drive local real estate cycles in the years ahead to help identify target markets for acquisitions. Mike’s involvement in RealSource Properties since 2005 has given him the opportunity to be deeply involved in every aspect of fundraising, acquisitions, economic due diligence, dealmaking, and asset management decision making, Mike oversees: econometric modeling and data aggregation, acquisitions and new developments, and underwriting and deal formation.
