Mike Marinovich is a senior vice president at CBRE. He has been a commercial real estate broker since 1985 and he represents both landlords and tenants. He is currently responsible for leasing and sale activity on a portfolio of properties throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Mike has the experience and value orientation to provide an "owner's view" of negotiating a sale or lease. He thinks about each deal as though it was his investment on the line.
Over the past several years, Mike has averaged 500,000 square feet of lease and sale transactions annually.
Mike has consistently been a top performer. He has attained CBRE's Chairman's Club every year since joining CBRE in the Koll merger in 1996.
