He joined Olymbec in April 2016 as Vice President of Leasing in Canada and oversees a portfolio of approximately 12 million square feet across the Greater Montreal area and properties in Ohio. His focus spans industrial, office, and flex property types, primarily across the Columbus and Montréal markets.
Prior to joining Olymbec, Michael served as Vice President of Leasing at The Shapiro Group in Montreal. He brought more than 15 years of corporate and commercial real estate experience to Olymbec at the time of his appointment.
