Michael T. Mayer began his real estate career as an associate salesperson for the Cantwell Commercial Real Estate Co. in Dallas, TX. He returned to his native Kansas City in 1986 and accepted a position with the Cohen-Esrey Co. Mike joined Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group in 1989 and was appointed Senior Vice President and shareholder in 1995. Mike joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in 2005. He has extensive experience representing Tenants and Landlords, and has negotiated leases in excess of $872 million.
