Michael P. McCarthy is the Senior Vice President of Investment Management at Sila Realty Trust, Inc. Mr. McCarthy is responsible for oversight of the company’s asset management, property management, and lease administration. Mr. McCarthy joined the company in January 2016 and brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare real estate, corporate finance, and corporate banking. Mr. McCarthy began his career with Bank of America (and its predecessor NationsBank) in their Commercial Banking Group in Florida where he first developed his healthcare expertise. During his career, Mr. McCarthy has held numerous positions with other large regional banking companies including U.S. Bank, KeyBank, and SunTrust Bank. Mr. McCarthy received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Florida, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
