Michael Mercho is an award-winning real estate developer and luxury home builder specializing in high-quality residential developments across Central Indiana. As the President and Owner of Integra Builders, Michael has spent over a decade delivering exceptional homes built on a foundation of family legacy and methodical quality control.
A proud alumnus of Purdue University, Michael holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering. This technical background informs his approach to advanced project control and management.
Michael’s commitment to professional excellence is recognized by his peers in the industry. He was honored as the "Builder Member of the Year" in 2023 and received the "Home Show People's Choice" award in 2024, both issued by the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI). He currently serves on the Board of Directors for both BAGI and the Building Partners of Central Indiana (BPCI).
In addition to his work in residential development, Michael is a versatile entrepreneur. He is the owner of Certified Auto Exchange, where he leverages deep market knowledge in the wholesale automotive industry, and Sangrita Grill + Cantina, a chef-driven Mexican cuisine concept in Central Indiana.
Beyond professional ventures, Michael is dedicated to community growth and mentoring the next generation of leaders. He serves as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and acts as the Campus President for High School Hustle, an initiative focused on building the next generation of "Business Titans".
