Michael Monteclaro brings Senior Housing market expertise to Klein & Heuchan, backed by 10+ years of operational experience and an engineering-trained eye for numbers. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of South Florida and a post-graduate degree in Industrial Management from Karlstad University (Karlstad, Sweden), with a focus on international marketing.
Before CRE, Michael worked with engineering firms across Tampa Bay. That operational background, paired with a client-first approach, translated naturally into commercial real estate — where his grasp of Senior Housing operations and passion for investment property analysis now drive his practice. His coverage extends beyond Senior Housing into office, multi-family, industrial, and vacant land sales.
Michael is a CCIM and a member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR).
He lives in the Tampa Bay area with his wife, Hillary, and their two daughters.
