Michael Morton is exclusively focused on serving the healthcare industry. He cultivates relationships with his clients to ensure their best interests are represented. Michael's expertise stretches across all aspects of healthcare real estate to include third party leasing, strategic planning, negotiations, lease renewals, site selection, expansions and contractions, purchasing and build-to-suit opportunities.
In 2004, Michael began his real estate career in Phoenix. He was hired to help start a new multi-housing division at NAI Horizon. After several years he made a move over to Colliers International and continued to grow his career as a founding member of the Private Capital Advisors group. In 2007 he was presented with an opportunity that aligned with his desire to be close to his father and sister. Michael brought his professional experience to San Francisco and began working at CM Realty. During his tenure at CM Realty he exclusively represented tenants/buyers in office, medical, and retail transactions. After deciding to move back home to Arizona, Michael was able to team up with MOB.
