Michael Murphy’s primary markets include Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, and Bedford-Stuyvesant, with a focus on multifamily and mixed use properties. Mr. Murphy grew up in Rockville Centre, Long Island and graduated from the University of Delaware in 2012.
Prior to joining IPRG, Michael acted as an investment agent with Marcus & Millichap, 3 years as residential sales agent for Keller Williams in Orange County, California. Early on he specialized as an REO foreclosure agent, closing over 200 transactions since 2013. Upon moving back to New York in 2016, Mr. Murphy decided to make the transition into commercial investment sales. He aligned himself with the #1 investment sales firm in Brooklyn, joining Marcus & Millichap as a member of Nowak & Partners. Mr. Murphy hopes to build upon his real estate experience, and continue to grow his network in the New York market through his focus on building long term relationships and serving client needs.
