Bio
Mike Murray is a Managing Partner at Lift Partners. Prior to joining Lift, Mike was Vice President at Terreno Realty Corporation focused on both acquisitions and asset management. During his tenure at Terreno, Mike purchased over $500 million of industrial real estate and managed a portfolio of 4.4 million square feet. Terreno is a publicly traded REIT focused on infill industrial investment. Mike covered most recently for Terreno the Bay Area and New Jersey markets and previously covered during his tenure the Los Angeles and Seattle metros. Prior to joining Terreno in 2011, Mike worked in both the real estate debt syndications and distressed assets at Wells Fargo.
Mike holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University where he was captain of the water polo team. Mike is a Bay Area native and spends his time watching Warriors basketball and hiking.
