He then honed and diversified his real estate expertise as the Managing Director of OCF Realty, a fast-growing Philadelphia residential real estate company with brokerage, management, and development operations.

His passion for design shines through with development projects such as a historic church renovation in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood of Philadelphia, and a ground-up luxury beachfront condo project in Myrtle Beach, SC.
