Mike joined Schafer Richardson in 1997, and is primarily focused on leasing Schafer Richardson’s Minneapolis office portfolio of over 500,000 square feet. Over the past 11 years, Mike has completed numerous lease transactions that exceed 1 million square feet. He believes in integrity and building personal relationships with current and prospective tenants to foster trust and familiarity with the leasing and renewal process, from inception to signature.
Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Mike worked in residential management with St. Paul-based Real Estate Equities.
