Michael Palmer joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2023 and serves as a Vice President in the firm’s Miami office. With almost 10 years of commercial real estate experience, he specializes in industrial tenant representation, exclusively advising occupiers on their real estate strategies including the leasing and purchasing of warehouse space.
Michael’s high level client service and market knowledge enable him to deliver tailored, data-driven real estate solutions aligned with each client’s operational and financial goals. His focus on long-term relationships and strategic execution has made him a trusted advisor to local, regional and national warehouse occupiers.
Before joining SRS, Michael was a principal with Bridge Commercial in Charleston and broker with Avison Young South Florida. He earned his B.S. in Finance from the College of Charleston and holds both the SIOR member associate and CCIM designations. Michael is also pursuing his Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) through CoreNet Global.
