Mr. Paranac oversees acquisitions and asset management for ICRP, an Industry Capital multifamily platform. Michael is an Investment Committee member.
Prior to joining Industry Capital, Michael was a Director at A&E Real Estate, underwriting and closing $1.3 billion of multifamily deals, overseeing the financial performance of 3,000 workforce apartments, and personally operating 400 luxury apartments. Previously Paranac was Vice President of investments for Allied Partners. Michael's career began in derivatives at Morgan Stanley.
Michael holds a BA and MBA from Columbia University.
