I'm a results-driven executive with over a decade of experience leading high-performing sales teams and driving commercial and residential real estate growth across Northeast Ohio and beyond. Currently serving as COO of Russell Commercial Advisory, where I oversee the commercial division and helped scale revenue from $20M to $56M in a single year.
My approach is simple: hire the right people, coach them relentlessly, and build a culture where everyone wants to win. I've recruited and developed 18+ agents, maintained a 90% retention rate, and personally closed millions in production — all while keeping my eye on the bigger strategic picture.
Before stepping into the COO role, I spent six years as Sales Manager at Keller Williams – The Golden Group, growing team production from $15M to $38M annually and earning multiple producer awards. Prior to real estate, I cut my teeth in industrial sales at Ely Enterprises, where I consistently hit 110% of quota and secured contracts with companies like Smucker's and Honda.
