Michael Salove is the Founding Principal and Chief Executive Officer of MSC, a national retail, restaurant and hospitality real estate advisory and consulting firm with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Philadelphia. With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Salove has completed transactions with a value in excess of $9 billion and encompassing more than 21 million square feet of retail space.
Mr. Salove is responsible for the vision, creation, implementation and evaluation of all strategic initiatives at MSC.
Based in Los Angeles, Mr. Salove handles the strategic direction and performance of the firm’s operations and business lines in California. Additionally, Mr. Salove oversees the national practice for MSC University, the firm’s silo specializing in retail advisory, master planning, and branding partnerships for institutions of higher education.
