Michael G. Serrao, President & CEO of Seligson Properties, has been employed with the firm since 2003. He is responsible for managing the company’s existing portfolio of commercial and residential properties and oversees the firm’s development projects, partnership ventures and strategic opportunities. Mr. Serrao brings 20+ years of experience in the areas of real estate and construction, concentrating on acquisitions and development, leasing, financing, property management, and construction.
Prior to joining Seligson Properties, Mr. Serrao worked for Olympia Construction Co., Inc., where he supervised property management and construction operations.
