Senior Associate of One Liberty Properties. An integral team member, Michael is supports the OLP team on new acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, underwriting, lease negotiations and managing the existing portfolio of properties across the United States. Prior to joining OLP in 2023, Michael was a Director in Newmark's Manhattan office focusing on commercial real estate advisory services. Michael has over 7 years of real estate advisory experience where he focused on owner representation, tenant representation, acquisition, disposition, business development, as well as strategic planning and facilities. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship and psychology. Interests include travel, golf, philanthropy, and he is a die-hard New York Knicks fan.
