Bio
Armed with a wealth of proven business experience, negotiating skill and interpersonal savvy, Michael Sussilleaux has excelled in real estate both as a reliable, results-driven professional and a caring, dedicated advocate for his clientele. Buyers, sellers and investors all appreciate Michael's exceptional ability to streamline their real estate transactions while providing utmost personal attention and sound guidance at every turn. This, combined with his vast knowledge of the New York market, makes Michael an invaluable asset for anyone looking to optimize their investment, and their real estate experience. Having closed many deals in the Manhattan and Brooklyn, Michael has strived to raise the bar in customer service. "Brokers need to be adaptable to an ever-changing real estate climate to best serve their clients. They also must listen intently to understand their clients' unique needs, and make each and every person feel comfortable, confident and secure in their decisions." Michael’s talents and accomplishments were recognized by his fellow brokers when they elected him as their representative to Corcoran’s Advisory Council; a committee working with senior management to improve all aspects of the organization. A graduate of Cooper Union with a degree in Engineering, Michael went on to work in the aerospace industry, complete two Masters degrees, start a successful small business, and serve as a computer consultant prior to taking on the role of CEO of a market data firm on Wall Street. He has since partnered with his wife Dina Sussilleaux, another top-notch Corcoran broker, to ensure the full-service coverage every client deserves, plus double the knowledge, attention to detail and follow through. Michael is a member of The New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), The National Association of Realtors (NAR) and The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
