Michael Tannen is a lifelong New Yorker and Park Slope resident for over 30 years, offering clients unmatched local insight and over two decades of experience in finance, administration, and real estate. He specializes in sales, purchases, and rentals across New York City and the Hamptons.
Michael has personally bought, sold, and renovated multiple properties throughout Brooklyn and the Hamptons. Most recently, he completed the ground-up construction of a 5,000-square-foot home in Sag Harbor, giving him firsthand knowledge of real estate development, construction, interior and exterior design, and landscaping.
