Mr. Michael Reschke, Jr. serves as Vice President focusing on underwriting and evaluating office, industrial, hospitality, and multifamily projects and assisting in the sourcing and structuring of each project’s debt and equity financing.
Prior to joining Prime in 2012, Mr. Reschke served as Associate at Beitler Real Estate Services, LLC. responsible for Landlord Representation for multiple central loop offices buildings.
Mr. Reschke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from The University of Illinois at Chicago.
