Mike Walden has more than a decade of financial analysis, accounting, and commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining JE Dunn Capital Partners, Mike began his career with Ernst & Young in Kansas City.
Mike has supported all aspects of real estate investment and development since the inception of JE Dunn Capital Partners in 2015. Since that time, Mike has worked closely on numerous development projects totaling over $500 million in cost. Mike’s primary responsibilities include underwriting and analysis of development opportunities, working with joint venture partners and lenders, and assisting with asset management.
