Mike Wax has been active in commercial real estate since in 1997. Mike is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California, a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and is a graduate of California State University of Northridge. Mike is proud to have 27 years of membership in AIR CRE (formerly the American Industrial Real Estate Association.)
