Some of his most recent transactions include a 21-year lease between KITH and RFR Realty at 337 Lafayette, a 20-year lease for Deco Food & Wine at Adams Real Estate’s 231 West 39th Street, and the expansion of Sneakernstuff in both NYC and LA markets. Additionally, Michael represented Reformation on a handful of East coast deals.
