Over the past three years, Michael has arranged retail transactions with an aggregate value of more than $200,000,000. Some of his most recent transactions include a 21-year lease between KITH and RFR Realty at 337 Lafayette, a 20-year lease for Deco Food & Wine at Adams Real Estate’s 231 West 39th Street, and the expansion of Sneakernstuff in both NYC and LA markets. Additionally, Michael represented Reformation on a handful of East coast deals.
Prior to joining Compass Michael operated independently at Maxwelle Real Estate, focusing on both office and retail brokerage.
