Michael has 18 years of real estate experience across a number of areas including investment sales,leasing, asset management and residential resale. Michael started his career in brokerage at Northwest Atlantic representing national and international retailers to lease new store locations throughout Ontario and Quebec. He moved to the landlord side of the business at RioCan working in operations and asset management across its vast 76+ million square foot portfolio. Michael’s passion for deal making brought him back into brokerage at Forest Hill Real Estate where he successfully transacted on over $50 million worth of commercial investments, leases and residential sales.
At Lennard, Michael focuses on investment sales, leasing, development and land sales in the GTA. Michael is known for his strong work ethic, client first mentality and network of clients, many of whom are Toronto’s top development firms and private high-net worth families.
